Good morning. First, the vitals. Weight is 219.2. BP is 128/88. A big drop from yesterday. Pulse is 65.
That's really encouraging. I've lost quite a bit of weight in 3 days but the blood pressure reading is exciting. I'm hoping the trend continues. Not feeling as hungry as yesterday and even last night at dinner I was feeling full after the salad and steamed vegetables, but when I started on my rice, I was able to eat it all.
Slept well last night.
Ended up getting a 16oz smoothie, with just juice and fruit. Had an apple shortly after that.
Lunch was a Naked juice. We had lunch brought into the office and the smells were incredible. Seems I'm smelling food from all over the place and it smells great.
Had another juice at about 2:00 and another apple at 4:30.
Tonight I have a meeting and they're bringing Chinese food in. I'm having Kung Pao vegetables. Lots of vegetables with a spicy white sauce. Keeping to the vegetables.
I'm really hungry. I can snack on vegetables I suppose. Not craving carbs like I was but just hungry.
