Ryan has an early lacrosse game. I don't feel like juicing but I don't feel like going until 10:00 without eating anything. Starbucks has the fruit smoothies I think I'll try. They have 4 ingredients, milk, banana, fruit and protein powder. That should tied me over until later.
Actually, it held me over until 11:00 when I juiced the usual. That was all I had until 6sh when we bbq'd sockeye salmon, green peppers, had salad and wild brown rice. It was delicious.
Tomorrow I run 7-8 miles.
