Vitals: Improving daily; weight 218.4, BP 129/86, pulse 59. I've lost 10 lbs in 4 days and my blood pressure has dropped 14/6 points. I haven't even added exercise to the mix. I'll plan on doing a 40 minute run tomorrow morning and 7 miles on Sunday.
Will continue with what I've been doing as it seems to be working out.

Always feeling on the verge of hunger but get satisfied when I'm eating/drinking. Doesn't last long though.
Still, I'm hoping I don't get discouraged when the numbers stop dropping, as I know they will at some point. Gosh, I sure would like some real food. It's easy to avoid but the smells are intensified and that's what's hard to pass up.
