Day 6 - Modified Juice Plan

Vitals: Weight 218.4 lbs, BP 129/87 Pulse 64. Off to do my run.
Ran 4.2 miles. After not running for 2-3 weeks, I did pretty well. Running with less weight really makes a difference. I felt lighter, with less prodding.

Juice for breakfast, juice for lunch, apples for snacks. I really didn't feel like having a salad and vegetables for dinner so I made a shake with Almond milk, strawberries, blueberries and protein powder. It satisfied me and I didn't have to eat anything else.

I took my BP at night, which I usually don't do and it was 129/82.
