Off to my run.
Ran about 6.5 miles. Not as far as I had planned but my legs got tired. Whether it was the diet or not running enough recently or working hard around the house yesterday, I don't know. I'll have to make sure I get my regular run days in the next couple of weeks. Have the 1/2 marathon in 2 weeks. Also need to see what special meals I should have leading up to the run so that I know I have enough nutrition in me to do the 13 miles.
